Summary

Join Treatwell's team as a process-oriented sales performance analyst. You will create and document new sales processes, train sales teams, and generate reports for various stakeholders. Responsibilities include analyzing sales performance, optimizing the bonus system, managing Salesforce CRM, and staying updated on industry best practices. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, prior experience in a similar role (ideally in a startup), and excellent communication skills in English. Responsibilities

• Process creation following Sales needs
• Creation of documentation on new processes
• Training sales teams on new processes
• Creation of Salesforce reporting for the sales/after-sales team
• Creation of reports for the CODIR/Finance/Group
• Analysis of Sales/After-sales performance
• Updating reports for company meetings
• Define and validate Sales/After-Sales objectives
• Optimization of the bonus system
• Communication of the amount of Sales/After-Sales bonuses to payroll
• Salesforce configuration and CRM optimization
• Maintenance and management of different Salesforce channels
• Sales/After-Sales CRM referent
• Monitoring of new practices in terms of tools
