Summary
Join our leading SaaS company as a Junior Revenue Operations Manager and play a key role in supporting our Go-to-Market (GTM) functions. You will develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and improve efficiency, lead tech-transformation projects, analyze data to identify trends and provide recommendations, collaborate with various teams to optimize GTM processes, create dashboards and reports, and document new processes. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial operations within a B2B SaaS environment, experience with CRM (ideally HubSpot) and Excel/G-Sheets, experience in process automation and improvement, data analytics skills (SQL or similar), and excellent communication skills. Requirements
- Have at minimum of 2 years experience in commercial operations within a B2B SaaS environment
- Have experience with CRM (ideally Hubspot) and Excel/G-Sheets
- Have experience setting up, automating, improving efficiency and fixing bugs in processes
- Have data analytics experience: SQL or another language (intermediate level is enough), any BI tool (e.g. Looker/Tableau)
- Possess good communication skills as all tasks will require close collaboration with different teams
- Independently manage and execute projects end-to-end
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies that will drive revenue growth, GTM efficiency and daily user experience for our commercial team (e.g. Lead routing, account scoring, sales engineering, post-sales account management)
- Independently lead tech-transformation projects by gathering requirements from GTM teams and implementing them in alignment with our business objectives
- Independently analyse marketing and sales data, identify trends, and derive concrete recommendations to increase revenue
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Partnership, Customer Success, and Finance teams to solve business challenges through GTM process optimisation
- Create dashboards and reports β both proactively and per request of stakeholders
- Document and educate teams on new processes, focusing on continuous improvement within HubSpot and the broader GTM tech stack
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using commercial tools like Zendesk, Planhat, Make, Zapier, Chargebee, n8n, Looker, etc is a nice to have
