Summary

Join Pacvue, a leading eCommerce advertising software company, as a Revenue Recovery Operations Specialist. Work closely with the Revenue Recovery Operations Associate to implement Pacvue’s Revenue Recovery program on major eCommerce platforms like Amazon and Walmart. Manage the process from pre-sales audits to post-sales onboarding, ensuring accurate data integration and high client satisfaction. Responsibilities include acting as the primary contact for Revenue Recovery services, managing audit requests, leading client onboarding, maintaining an FAQ repository, collaborating with the service delivery team, and conducting regular service meetings. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of B2B marketing experience, eCommerce experience, and proven content creation skills. Excellent communication and project management skills are essential.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in client onboarding, customer success, or operations management
  • Project management and workflow optimization skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a client-centric approach
  • Demonstrated capacity to work effectively across cross-functional teams
  • Basic proficiency in data analysis; Fluency in English, and proficiency in Chinese is a plus
  • 2-3 years of experience in B2B marketing
  • Proven experience in content creation
  • Previous experience managing co-marketing and/or partner marketing activities
  • Exceptional writing skills and strong project management capabilities
  • Ability to distill complex topics into compelling, easily understandable stories
  • Proficiency in using HubSpot and Google Analytics for marketing analysis and reporting

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for eCommerce Revenue Recovery services
  • Manage and track audit requests from the sales team
  • Lead a standardized client onboarding process tailored for eCommerce channels
  • Maintain an up-to-date FAQ repository and provide current sales enablement materials
  • Collaborate with the service delivery team to address client issues promptly
  • Conduct regular service meetings to ensure continuous client satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ecommerce experience preferred
  • Familiarity with Amazon and Walmart platforms and their operational metrics is preferred
