Requirements

• Previous experience as a Grants or RFP writer in the education sector
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field
• Experience working remotely
• A passion for education and closing the opportunity gap

Responsibilities

• Own the research and submission of applications to relevant tutoring RFP’s
• Drive improvements and standardizations in RFP and grant writing processes
• Support with navigating school partner procurement processes
• Support with grant writing and related opportunities
• Provide support to our sales team with research
• Consult with colleagues and school stakeholders to understand school partners’ exact needs, and demonstrate how our services can support both their students and teachers through RFP and grantwriting process
• Collaborate with the Customer Success, Sales, and other TbT teams in driving RFP and Grants related tasks
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities
• Travel as needed to conferences or partner schools
