Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in writing RFPs, RFIs, or similar proposals, preferably in the healthcare, digital health, or technology sectors
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple proposals under tight deadlines
- Exceptional written communication skills with an ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging, and persuasive content
- Proven ability to work meticulously with complex information, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all proposal content
- Proficient in Google WorkSpace and Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, proposal management software, and other relevant tools, including using AI tools
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams, including sales, product, clinical, legal, and executive leadership
Responsibilities
- Write, edit, and submit high-quality, clear, and persuasive responses to RFPs, RFIs, and other proposals that accurately represent Swordβs offerings, strengths, and differentiators in the digital health industry
- Manage and prioritize multiple RFPs and proposals simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met, and responses are delivered on time and in a high-quality format
- Work closely with subject matter experts, including product managers, engineers, sales, and legal teams, to gather the necessary information and ensure accuracy and alignment in proposal content
- Tailor responses to address the unique requirements of each opportunity, ensuring that all client needs are met, while aligning with Swordβs capabilities and strategic goals
- Maintain and enhance a repository of standard proposal content, including Sword information, product descriptions, case studies, and other reusable materials for efficient proposal creation
- Ensure all proposals adhere to Sword branding, messaging guidelines, and legal/compliance requirements, including reviewing proposals for grammar, consistency, and formatting
- Contribute to the refinement of RFP processes and documentation by identifying opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness in proposal writing and project management
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with the healthcare industry, digital health solutions, and employer benefits is a strong plus
