Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in managing RFPs, preferably within the SaaS or technology industry
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and persuasively to both internal teams and prospective clients
- High level of accuracy in reviewing and editing documents. Ability to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and issues in RFP responses
- Basic understanding of SaaS products and technical concepts to effectively collaborate with product and technical teams and tailor proposals accordingly
- Ability to work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, including sales, product, legal, and finance teams, to gather necessary information and build winning proposals
- Experience with RFP management tools, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and document management software
Responsibilities
- Own all aspects of the RFx motion and work as a partner to Sales to close business
- Help our customers evaluate Wrike as efficiently and easily as possible, ensuring that Wrike functionality is clearly mapped to business value
- Coordinate and oversee the end-to-end process of responding to RFPs, ensuring timely, high-quality submissions that align with the company's business goals
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, legal, and PS and Security teams to gather relevant information, tailor proposals, and enhance the company's competitive edge in the market
- Provide strategic input to pursuit strategies and collaborate to produce compelling, client-centric proposals
- Utilize AI and other tools to enrich and refine proposal content, ensuring its development and enhancement
- Help grow the company by being trusted advisors to our customers and partners and collaborating with them to map business challenges to our solutions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with RFP tools (Loopio, RFPIO, etc.)
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Expertise in key verticals, including Project Management, Marketing, Professional Services and IT
- Proven success managing an RFP portfolio
- Experience executing Challenger, MEDDICC, Solution Selling, or other sales and qualification methodologies
- Hands-on experience architecting and/or deploying enterprise automation and integrations
- Solid knowledge of enterprise applications and associated architecture (both cloud and on-premises)
- Experience working for a SaaS software company and/or technology startup
- Experience using Collaborative Work Management or competitive productivity solutions
