RFP Specialist

Summary

Join KnowBe4 as an RFP Specialist and contribute to the timely completion of international RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs for enterprise sales, SMB sales, and customer success teams. Collaborate effectively with account managers, legal, infosec, and sales leadership to ensure adherence to proper procedures. Maintain and update the library data to accurately respond to all RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs. Develop and maintain strong relationships with legal and InfoSec teams. This role demands excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, along with experience working with government entities and proficiency in various software applications.

Responsibilities

• Fill out International RFPs, RFQs, RFIs for Account Managers in Enterprise Sales, SMB Sales, and Customer Success in a timely manner
• Stay in tight coordination with the International Account Managers you are working with on the RFP, RFQ, or RFI, as to timeline, data, and accomplishment
• Use the appropriate channels and workflows when working with legal or other departments on the filling out of RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs
• Develop, arrange, and ensure the library data is updated to answer all RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs appropriately
• Develop and maintain good relations and coordination with legal and InfoSec in the accomplishment of above
