Risk Manager

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hands-on risk management role
• Demonstrated proactivity and excellent stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns in customer behavior and other data
• A strong desire to learn, grow, and become an expert in the field of risk management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Responsibilities

• Champion and communicate a risk awareness culture across Hostinger
• Conduct regular risk assessments to identify and evaluate potential threats
• Develop and deliver risk management training programs for Hostinger employees
• Monitor and report Key Risk Indicators (KRIs)
• Manage incident response processes and ensure effective governance
• Identify risk sources, follow up on corrective actions, and create risk mitigation plans
• Analyze and manage existing risks and incidents
• Contribute to the development and implementation of Hostinger's overall risk management strategy

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with SQL and risk modeling is a plus
