Requirements

• Valid Virginia RN license or a multi-state compact license that permits practice in Virginia
• Strong understanding of regulatory standards and experience in training and evaluation of Care Pros
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Expertise in relationship building with caregivers, administrative staff and clients
• Ability to work independently and maintain flexibility for site visits and occasional evenings/weekends
• Passionate about our mission and quality of care for the senior community

Responsibilities

• Promote Quality of Care: Ensure the highest standards of care are met by conducting in-home observation visits, managing performance evaluations, and supporting ongoing competency development for Care Pros
• Onboarding and Documentation: Oversee elements of the local Care Pro onboarding process assessing care competencies. Educate employees and Care Pros on legal and regulatory requirements, reinforcing compliance and operational excellence
• Content Creation & Delivery: Inform, author and implement ongoing training initiatives for caregivers and administrative/HQ staff
