Requirements

• Higher commercial education or special education in freight forwarding
• Desirable 3-5 years of previous experience at same or similar positions
• Desirable knowledge of Road Transport and/or freight forwarding
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office
• Knowledge of languages; fluent English is necessary

Responsibilities

• Planning, organization and execution of International Truck Transports (FTL/LTL)
• Customer inquiries handling
• Offers preparation
• Negotiations
• Invoicing
• Intensive communication with carriers, customers and business partners which includes: Maintaining personal contacts; Reaching the best rates through negotiation process; Customer service
