Summary

Join CALSTART, a mission-driven organization focused on transportation decarbonization, as their Marketing Lead for the Clean Off-Road Equipment Voucher Incentive Project (CORE). You will be responsible for developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns to promote the adoption of clean off-road equipment. This role requires a dynamic self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for sustainable transportation. The Marketing Lead will report to the Senior Marketing Manager, Trucks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The position offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

Requirements

  • 5+ years professional marketing experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience
  • A scrappy self-starter and a strong project manager with the ability to bring structure to undefined procedures
  • Strong communication skills with proven ability to lead projects effectively with cross-functional partners, both internally and externally
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are a must, along with the ability to multitask, manage deadlines and prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms: Monday.com , MailChimp, Hootsuite, Canva, MS office, Google Analytics
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Passion for sustainability and clean transportation solutions

Responsibilities

  • Deliver innovative marketing programs that directly impact business goals
  • Own a project from kickoff through launch; coordinate execution activities through project closure
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape within the clean transportation industry focusing on the adoption of zero-emissions in off-road equipment
  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing materials and campaigns
  • Create and draft engaging content, including copy and initial design for brochures, emails, case studies, and social media posts
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement
