Summary

The job description is for a RPA Developer with 4-7 years of experience in UiPath platform to work on a team at MentorMate Paraguay. The role involves designing, deploying, and maintaining scalable process automation solutions using UiPath.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of RPA development and process optimization experience
• 4-7 years of Solutions Architecture experience
• Design, deploy, and maintain scalable process automation solutions using UiPath
• Develop detailed specifications to design, configure, and implement automated workflow solutions
• Deliver reusable automation components compatible with existing systems and applications using UiPath
• Routinely monitor and test RPA solutions, troubleshoot, and resolve functional issues to ensure optimal performance
• Gather and analyze existing process flows, use cases, and technical requirements to identify new opportunities for automation
• Collect data and metrics to monitor and maintain bot performance, measure utilization, and enhance functionality
• Document and maintain scripts, algorithms, and logic to ensure accurate, efficient, and reliable performance and functionality
• Stay current with the latest trends and advancements in automation and RPA technologies, recommending improvements and innovations
• Advanced UiPath knowledge or demonstrated aptitude for rapid acquisition (including Orchestrator, Document Understanding, Communication mining, Queues/Transactions, Dispatcher/Performers, and APIs)
• Strong experience in UiPath
• Experience with Design Documentation
• Proficiency in Process and Workflow analysis
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Develop a part of the system, including designing it to fit into the architecture, possibly prototyping the user-interface, implementing, building, unit-testing, and integrating the components that are part of the solution. Maintenance of existing SW components will be also part of the role

Preferred Qualifications

Any other programming skills (.Net or Java or Python ) is good to have; environment setup experience is preferred
