RPA Developer

Summary

The job is for a RPA Developer with 4-7 years of experience in Power Automate platform to design, deploy, and maintain scalable process automation solutions at MentorMate Paraguay. The role requires strong hands-on development skills and knowledge of Power Automate. Remote work is offered.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of RPA development and process optimization experience
• 4-7 years of Solutions Architecture experience
• Advanced Power Automate knowledge or demonstrated aptitude for rapid acquisition (including Orchestrator, Document Understanding, Communication Mining, Queues/Transactions, Dispatcher/Performers, and APIs)
• Experience in Power Automate
• Experience with Design Documentation
• Proficiency in Process and Workflow analysis
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain scalable process automation solutions using Power Automate
• Develop detailed specifications to design, configure, and implement automated workflow solutions
• Deliver reusable automation components compatible with existing systems and applications using Power Automate
• Routinely monitor and test RPA solutions, troubleshoot, and resolve functional issues to ensure optimal performance
• Gather and analyze existing process flows, use cases, and technical requirements to identify new opportunities for automation
• Collect data and metrics to monitor and maintain bot performance, measure utilization, and enhance functionality
• Document and maintain scripts, algorithms, and logic to ensure accurate, efficient, and reliable performance and functionality

Preferred Qualifications

• Any other programming skills (.Net or Java or Python ) is good to have
• Environment setup experience is preferred
