You will translate product specs into fluid, performant UI, collaborate with backend engineers and designers, and focus on speed, interactivity, and user-centric design. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience as a Rails engineer with a frontend/UI focus and experience with Stimulus, TurboStreams, and TurboFrames. This role requires a passion for delightful user experiences and frontend performance, experience with large-scale applications, and high attention to detail.

Requirements

• 3+ years as a Rails engineer with a frontend/UI focus
• Hands-on experience with Stimulus, TurboStreams, TurboFrames
• Passion for delightful user experiences and frontend performance
• Experience with large-scale, consumer-facing applications
• High attention to detail and design sensitivity
• Fluent English, clear communication, and comfort with NSFW content

Responsibilities

• Build and refine frontend experiences using Hotwire (Turbo, Stimulus)
