Summary

Join KAMI Workforce as a SaaS Sales Executive and drive real impact in a fast-paced environment. You will prospect for and connect with potential Malaysian clients, manage the full sales cycle, build strong relationships, and tailor your approach to meet the specific HR needs of Malaysian SMEs. Responsibilities include hitting and exceeding monthly sales goals, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and negotiating and closing deals. This is a fully remote position based anywhere in Malaysia.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in the HR technology or software industry
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and sales software
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a consultative sales approach

Responsibilities

  • Prospect with Precision - Handle inbound inquiries while actively generating your own outbound leads to connect with potential Malaysian clients
  • Own the Sales Process - Manage the full sales cycle — from discovery calls and product demos to closing deals and onboarding new clients
  • Build Strong Relationships - Engage with decision-makers across industries, understand their unique challenges, and offer insights that go beyond just software
  • Tailor Your Approach - Customize every pitch to suit the specific HR needs of Malaysian SMEs and highlight how KAMI Workforce adds value
  • Hit Your Targets - Work toward (and exceed) monthly sales goals. We’ll celebrate your wins and help you grow every step of the way
  • Collaborate Across Teams - Work closely with our product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless experience for every client
  • Negotiate and Close - Finalize win-win deals with confidence and ensure long-term client satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
