Requirements
- Selling SaaS, cybersecurity, compliance, or identity management solutions to financial institutions
- Experience selling to credit unions and community banks, with an understanding of their regulatory challenges and operational needs
- Ability to articulate the ROI of back-office automation and security tools to IT and compliance stakeholders
- A strong hunter mentality—proactively building and converting a pipeline of prospects into closed deals
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and lead qualification to closing high-value SaaS contracts
- Leverage a robust pipeline of 270 financial institutions representing $8.5M in potential revenue
- Develop new business by networking, generating referrals, and leveraging inbound and outbound marketing efforts
- Position Provision IAM as a critical cybersecurity and compliance solution, demonstrating its ease of use and cost-effectiveness
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, product, and leadership) to optimize sales strategies and maximize deal closures
- Utilize Salesforce and other advanced sales tools to track activity, forecast revenue, and optimize performance
Benefits
- Base Salary: $80,000 – $100,000
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $160,000 – $180,000
- Compensation Structure: Up to 2x base salary with an uncapped commission structure and significant earning potential for high performers
