Safety Alerts Specialist

Summary

Join HopSkipDrive's Safe Ride Support team as a Safety Alert Specialist and play a critical role in ensuring safe and smooth rides. Monitor a high-priority alert queue, make outbound calls, and manage SMS/chat communications to address potential safety issues. You will use a CRM to log interactions, multitask across various apps, and report trends to leadership. This remote position requires excellent communication, strong decision-making skills, and the ability to thrive in ambiguous situations. Responsibilities

• Monitor a high priority alert queue of potential safety issues
• Complete a high volume of outbound calls
• Send and quickly respond to SMS/Chat messages and email
• Recognize potential safety issues and quickly determine the safest outcome for all users
• Maintain adherence to HopSkipDrive policies and processes
• Use our CRM (Kustomer) to log phone calls, chats, and SMS conversations
• Multitask with several apps and software programs to handle daily tasks
• Recognize and report to leadership trends in issues and complaints

Preferred Qualifications

• Incredibly curious digging in when something feels “off” and always maintaining a safety mindset
• Strong decision making skills and feel confident determining the appropriate next step based on incomplete information
