Requirements
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales, with a focus on setting meetings and closing deals, preferably in healthcare or remote patient monitoring
- Be expert in utilizing sales tools (HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn) to prospect, set meetings, and close deals
- Possess strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence decision-makers and close high-value deals
- Have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with a focus on securing new business and driving revenue growth
- Possess an in-depth understanding of healthcare systems, medical groups, and payers, along with knowledge of remote patient monitoring solutions and industry trends
- Be highly driven, proactive, and goal-oriented, with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a remote work environment
Responsibilities
- Generate meetings with decision-makers at healthcare systems, medical groups, independent practices, and payers using your network and industry knowledge and sales tools like HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn
- Close deals by effectively presenting RPM Healthcareβs solutions, addressing client needs, and guiding prospects through the sales cycle to secure long-term partnerships
- Tailor presentations to highlight the value and benefits of RPM Healthcare's solutions, ensuring alignment with the needs of each healthcare organization
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline in HubSpot, tracking meetings, follow-ups, and deal progress. Ensure timely follow-ups and consistent communication to move prospects through the sales process
- Work closely with the sales team to refine strategies for setting meetings, overcoming objections, and closing deals. Share insights and best practices to enhance overall sales performance
