Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g., EA, PM, or customer-facing roles)
- A strong communicator—clear, polished, and empathetic
- Highly organized with an ability to manage multiple moving pieces at once
- Comfortable working in Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Excel
- A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and loves bringing structure to chaos
- A team player who’s excited to learn the ins and outs of B2B sales for healthcare
- Someone who cares about the small details but always keeps the big picture in mind
Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with prospects, partners, and customers
- Track and maintain our co-sell and partner pipelines
- Help draft client-facing proposals and decks (PowerPoint)
- Support contract execution and client onboarding processes
- Own the logistics and follow-through for upsell and renewal conversations and RFPs
- Maintain pricing models and assist in quote creation (Excel)
- Work closely with Sales and Business Development leadership on special projects
- Keep everything running smoothly—anticipating gaps and jumping in proactively
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting a Sales, Partnerships, or Business Development team
- Familiarity with CRMs
- Prior exposure to B2B SaaS or enterprise software sales
- An interest in healthcare tech, startups, and how companies grow
- A sense of humor and a love for figuring things out
