Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience required
  • Credit/Banking/Lending experience
  • Understanding of FCRA laws, regulations, and related acts
  • 5+ years of knowledge of systems capabilities, software platforms, and processes
  • Knowledge of database management principles
  • Knowledge of PC office software and segmentation tools

Responsibilities

  • Be the primary technical liaison for clients, sales teams, and internal stakeholders during pre-sales and project execution
  • Provide expert consultation in designing and implementing client programs, ensuring compliance with FCRA regulations and company policies
  • Lead projects from concept through implementation, including planning, business analysis, requirements gathering, design, and execution
  • Assess client needs, recommend solutions based on industry best practices, and identify new business opportunities
  • Resolve project or process issues; recommend systemic improvements to enhance efficiency
  • Collaborate across departments to develop solutions that drive client engagement and internal alignment
  • Mentor team members and provide guidance on complex project issues
  • Manage multiple accounts and programs simultaneously, including scheduling, resource allocation, and billing
  • Conduct final quality reviews and ensure program accuracy
  • Develop project plans, program flows, and segmentation strategies aligned with client marketing goals
  • Make technical decisions using advanced modeling and decision tree techniques
