Summary

Join Jane Street's internship program for a hands-on mentorship experience, working alongside experienced Sales people and Sales-Traders to learn about client relationships and financial markets. As a Sales and Trading intern, you'll work on real-world projects, attend internal classes, and have access to educational resources.

Requirements

• Studying towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Proactive, reliable, and courteous with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial problem-solver that is excited about building relationships with our clients and partners
• Highly analytical and logical thinker, comfortable working with numbers
• Extremely organized with excellent attention to detail
• Skilled in Excel
• Interest in learning VBA, SQL and/or Python

Responsibilities

• Work alongside our experienced Sales people and Sales-Traders
• Learn how we engage and cover institutional clients on their trading needs in the different asset classes that we cover
• Attend internal classes on various topics where we can teach you the broader fundamentals of finance and trading
