Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree or Associate Degree required
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the medical field or laboratory space
  • Strong knowledge of EMR systems, lab workflows, and client workflows
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Proficiency in analyzing complex data to monitor workflows and identify growth opportunities
  • Knowledge of EMR systems and their integration with lab and client workflows
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to present tools and train accounts effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences, including clients, commercial teams, and senior management
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • A curious mindset with a drive to dive deeper for understanding

Responsibilities

  • Assist in selling and managing the implementation of prenatal education tools, running analytics post-go-live to ensure workflows are effective and monitoring account growth
  • Provide field support for existing prenatal education accounts to address ongoing needs
  • Collaborate with the sales team on new prenatal tool requests
  • Manage projects with the internal EDI Team
  • Provide training and on-site customer support for new implementations
  • Identify existing EMR interface issues or improvement opportunities and provide feedback to clients, vendors, the EMR team, Sales, and Operations
  • Analyze EMR utilization data and work with clients to increase electronic order rates
  • Work closely with the EDI Team on key EMR initiatives and product updates
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Regularly handle PHI (Protected Health Information) in compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Complete all required training related to HIPAA, security, and company policies within the first 30 days of hire and maintain compliance
  • Pass a post-offer criminal background check
