Join Ambrook's team as a driven sales assist lead who can be obsessed with our customers. You'll own sales-closed deals, teach sales-assist team members, learn about building an agrifinance and climate tech company, and improve existing team processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience owning and hitting aggressive growth targets
- Systems thinker who can discern the signal from the noise and understand how changes to one part of a growth funnel may affect another
- Experience building in ambiguous, high-growth situations, especially in the transition from pre- to post-hypergrowth, for example in customer success, product, or operations
- Thoughtful, compassionate, and effective manager with multiple strong referrals
Responsibilities
- Own: Sales-closed deals for our existing product, setting and hitting aggressive targets for deals closed-won
- Teach: Sales-assist team members how to best contribute product feedback, close customers, and get to the next level
- Learn: Ins and outs of building an agrifinance and climate tech company, including the nitty gritty of agricultural bookkeeping, the larger farm finance ecosystem, and natural resource management / ESG tie-ins
- Improve: Our existing team processes, playbooks, and mentorship structures
