Virtual Assistant, Sales Representative

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, with a focus on online sales and video demonstrations
• Native or near-native fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently or collaboratively
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and other lead-generation strategies
• Qualify and nurture incoming leads, building strong relationships and guiding prospects through the sales funnel
• Deliver engaging and persuasive product demonstrations via video conferencing
• Craft customized proposals addressing client needs and demonstrating value
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
• Track sales activities, monitor KPIs, and prepare regular reports for management
