• Deliver a unique customer experience
• Embody the Sezane spirit and style through impeccable presentation
• Welcome customers with generosity and empathy
• Help customers discover the brand and its products
• Be an ambassador of the Brand's omnichannel nature
• Demonstrate curiosity and develop in-depth knowledge of the Brand and its products
• Deal with customer complaints and dissatisfaction
• Know Sézane's CSR policy
• Guarantee the brand image
• Know basic rules of Sézane merchandising
• Check product labeling on the floor
• Participate in the implementation and follow-up of merchandising
• Offer customers an exciting and inspiring shopping experience
• Monitor and maintain the sales level of the store
• Have a fashion culture to make proposals
• Apply Sezane policies, standards and procedures
• Collect and respect procedures related to operations
• Carry out specific processing (returns, exchanges, reservations)
• Participate in the definition of the number of staff required to meet customer expectations
• Ensure proper stock management
