Summary

Sleep Country Canada/Dormez-vous is looking for a Sales Associate to engage with customers, maintain store appearance, and exceed sales goals. Ideal candidates have 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Retail, or Customer Service, a positive attitude, ambition, and the ability to work various shifts. Requirements

• Ideally have 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Retail and/or Customer Service
• A positive, optimistic attitude and a strong customer focus
• Be ambitious and willing to commit to continuous education and learning
• Available to work days, evenings and weekends
• Critical thinking skills and the ability tackle problems on your own

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to identify their needs and wants, promote our quality products and service offerings
• Ensure our stores are always visually appealing through product presentation, replenishment and store housekeeping
