Join Kpler's APAC Sales team as a Commercial Manager β Maritime! This role focuses on selling a disruptive technology solution in the commodities market within Japan. You will make outbound contacts, set up meetings with decision-makers, maintain customer information, and collaborate with internal teams. The ideal candidate possesses 3-6 years of sales experience, strong Japanese and English skills, and experience in the maritime or commodities sectors. Requirements
- Around 3-6 years of working experience in a sales role
- Good Japanese and English level and great presentation skills with an excellent ability to convince and relate prospects and clients
- Experience in Sales selling solutions in the Maritime, Commodities and/or selling B2B SaaS or data solutions
- Familiar and have contacts within the commodities community in Japan
Responsibilities
- Make daily outbound contacts by emails, chats, and phone, including cold calling
- Set up meetings and interact with decision-makers, follow up on data queries, and pitch value based on a value-based selling approach
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the internal CRM
- Work alongside internal teams including pre-sales and research teams to engage existing and new users
