Summary
Join a leading cybersecurity company as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and be at the forefront of driving revenue growth across Northern Europe. Requirements
- 1 - 1.5 plus years of proven work experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role
- Energetic, upbeat and a tenacious team player! Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a distributed sales team
- Capability of understanding customer pain points, requirements and correlating potential business to value
- Ability to analyse those needs, qualify opportunities and handle objections
- Must be a self-starter and proficient and working independently and remotely
- Ambition and creativity to bring new ideas to the company to successfully achieve their targets and goals
- Drive, Grit, Team Orientated: strong desire to compete and win
- BA/BS degree or relevant experience
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
- Strong written and spoken communication in German and English
Responsibilities
- Drive lead generation, and build revenue pipeline by prospecting and setting introductory meetings with influencers and key decision makers across Northern Europe
- Profile accounts identify a prospect's pain and support the wider sales team to create opportunities
- Collaborating with our marketing team, to ensure rapid follow-up on campaigns
- Demonstrate effective sales planning, and work in a positive and motivating way with your wider team
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly targets
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales success plan
- Effectively partner with the channel team with call out days and activities
- Work closely with other teams to develop account intelligence, relationship maps, and use case opportunities through direct account engagement and insight tools
