Requirements

  • Knowledge of CRM tools
  • Experience or deep knowledge in lead qualification
  • Fluency in Portuguese
  • Advanced proficiency in English or Spanish

Responsibilities

  • Manage the qualification of leads entering the sales funnel through various sources, such as the Axur website, MDR efforts, and referrals
  • Administer and monitor your pipeline within the CRM, tracking metrics and performance
  • Analyze company information and history in the funnel to prepare qualification meetings and tailored messages via WhatsApp
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team by delivering qualified leads and providing all necessary information for seamless handover
  • Lead initiatives with the Marketing team to boost performance and enhance customer experiences
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation within the CRM
  • Participate in industry events such as Mind the Sec and Febraban Tech, representing Axur and expanding networks

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience qualifying leads via WhatsApp
  • Previous experience in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity companies
