Requirements
- 2+ years in sales or a similar role, with a history of meeting or exceeding lead-generation targets
- Strong written and verbal skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and engage with prospects effectively
- Creative, problem-solving mindset and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong desire to grow within the sales organization and take on increasing responsibility
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce and proficiency in using digital tools for prospecting and outreach
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Represent Sidecar Health’s mission and offerings, using comprehensive knowledge of our products to explain how we meet customer needs
- Generate leads and manage a robust pipeline of prospects by using tools like Salesforce, email, and cold calls
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify new opportunities, qualify leads, and set up meetings or calls for sales executive
- Develop and refine lead-generation strategies by identifying best practices and contributing to our playbook
- Build relationships with prospects through clear communication, consistent follow-ups, and excellent customer service
- Report on key metrics, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly results, while continuously working to exceed targets
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of the healthcare or health insurance industry
