Sales Development Representative

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in sales development ideally selling software-led products B2B
• Consistently achieving metrics and being motivated to be part of a growth journey
• Willing and able to build out strong pipelines, whilst fluidly partnering with an AE
• Fully proficient in English
• Previous experience and track-record supporting the UK&I market

Responsibilities

• Break into new accounts and foster relationships with multiple contacts within all levels of target customer segments
• Collaborate with the wider sales team
• Conduct market research to identify new potential customers and leads
• Qualify leads by learning about their approach to onboarding

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in HR tech or SaaS for IT teams
• Previous experience as an Enterprise SDR
• Previous experience working in a scale-up environment
