Summary

Join our team as a proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive lead qualification and initiate crucial conversations with key stakeholders, utilizing various channels to identify and qualify potential leads interested in cybersecurity solutions.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of sales or business development experience
  • Proficiency in consultative selling techniques and conveying the unique value proposition of our offerings
  • Proven experience working in a fully-remote environment
  • Customer-centric mindset and resilience in handling objections
  • Collaborative mindset and adaptability to evolving environments
  • Personal Facebook & LinkedIn pages maintained and used during day-to-day work  (not separate profiles – it’s important that you are working and engaging with prospects on both platforms)

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Utilize a variety of channels, including outbound calls, emails, social media, and industry events, to identify and qualify potential leads interested in cybersecurity solutions
  • Prospecting: Conduct thorough research on target industries, verticals, and personas to tailor outreach strategies and engage with decision-makers effectively
  • Outbound Outreach: Initiate meaningful conversations with prospects to understand their cybersecurity challenges and pain points, positioning Heroic Technologies as the trusted partner for addressing their security needs
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions, activities, and opportunities in the CRM system, ensuring visibility and alignment across the sales team
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team to transition qualified leads and opportunities, providing valuable insights and context to facilitate the sales process
  • Continuous Learning: Stay informed about emerging cybersecurity threats, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to effectively engage with prospects and address their evolving security concerns

Benefits

  • Base compensation package of $40,000US per annum, OTE at $70k+​​​​​
  • A commission-based compensation is added to the base salary dependent on the number of quality appointments booked and shown, as well as the number of clients closed as a direct result of these actions
  • Per quality call booked & seen = $50
  • Per new client closed = 1% of total Closed Contract Value
