Summary
Join Guideline as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and be the first point of contact for our clients. You will educate and qualify prospects, booking demos for Account Executives. This role involves engaging inbound leads, updating Salesforce, and utilizing sales tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and Talkdesk. The position is open to candidates in CO, UT, and El Paso/Hudspeth Counties (TX), with a Monday-Friday, 9 am to 5 pm PT schedule. SDRs often advance to Account Executive roles within 12-18 months. Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of professional working experience

Responsibilities
- Educate and qualify prospects who have different degrees of interest
- Introduce qualified prospects to Account Executives (AEs)
- Engage inbound leads (both new and old)
- Qualify prospects
- Book demos for AEs through personalized calls and emails, all while maintaining our SLA
- Monitor and update activity and lead information in Salesforce
