Summary

Join Pearl Talent and work as a fully remote Sales Development Representative (SDR) for a high-performance real estate investment and education firm. You will generate inbound momentum for internal real estate deals by contacting motivated sellers, warming leads, and managing expired listings. Using tools like GoHighLevel, Five9, and Balto, you will execute outbound campaigns, qualify opportunities, and pass leads to Lead and Acquisition Managers. This high-impact role demands confidence, speed, and a commitment to scaling the company's portfolio. Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales development , real estate calling , or phone-based lead generation
  • Proficiency with CRM/dialer platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel, Five9, Balto)
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with confidence and emotional intelligence
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to balance high volume with quality output
  • Self-starter attitude with the motivation to grow into roles like Closer or Acquisitions
  • Reliable high-speed internet and professional headset
  • Commitment to a long-term role with a startup-minded, mission-driven team

Responsibilities

  • Execute 1000+ outbound calls daily to property owners, FSBOs, absentee owners, and expired leads
  • Use company-approved scripts to build rapport, surface motivation, and determine next steps
  • Pre-qualify sellers based on criteria like property condition, timeline, asking price, and urgency
  • Accurately log all activity in GoHighLevel and support workflow automation where appropriate
  • Collaborate with Lead Managers to hand off hot leads with complete context
  • Follow up consistently with warm and cold leads to drive conversion over time
  • Identify objections and patterns in conversations to improve call scripts and campaign performance
  • Represent the Company's brand with professionalism, empathy, and confidence

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience specifically in real estate sales or investor outreach
  • Familiarity with automated sales workflows within CRMs
  • Track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Exposure to startup or high-growth environments
  • Interest in growing into leadership or strategic sales roles
