Summary

Join Knowde as a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to build the sales pipeline for the company. The SDR will work with Account Executives and Marketing Team to identify, nurture, and build relationships with prospective customers in the world's largest chemical companies.

Requirements

  • 6+ months of experience in a sales development/business development role that includes outbound/prospecting
  • Formal sales training experience (tech SaaS or Chemical industry) is preferred
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform
  • Proficiency in quality lead sourcing via Sales Navigator or similar platform
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technical, and mission focused environment
  • Motivated, self-starter with a bias for action
  • Someone who values both individual achievement and team success
  • Adaptable and creative when it comes to problem solving
  • Proven record of business development in the Enterprise business space
  • Eloquent and ready to speak confidently to C-level contacts at some of the largest companies

Responsibilities

  • Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and develop prospecting plans with the overall goal to create pipeline opportunities
  • Be the face of Knowde to chemical companies that are digitally transforming how they do business
  • Prospect in to key accounts using LinkedIn and Zoominfo to find and connect with the best contacts
  • Become a product expert and learn Knowde's value propositions and sales process
  • Keep meticulous records of interactions with leads in our CRM (Salesforce.com)
  • Identify areas of SDR process improvements and strategize with leadership to implement them
  • Manage multiple projects at a time and prioritize workload within the team to ensure that project timelines are met
  • Work across the sales and marketing departments to roll out new initiatives
