Requirements

  • You have 1+ years of SDR experience in a SaaS company
  • You have strong organizational and time management skills, always working with a sense of urgency
  • You have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • You can embrace a little bit of startup scrappiness
  • You are proficient in CRM use
  • You have excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • You can work independently and on a team
  • You are adaptable to new features and releases in software
  • You are able to pass a background check

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls and set demonstration appointments for account executives
  • Establish a sales pipeline to evaluate the efficiency of individual sales strategies and staying updated on the latest developments in the industry
  • Maintain a self-starter attitude while creating outreach strategies for new lead generation methods
  • Initiate contact with potential customers through cold-calling or responding to inquiries generated from advertisements
  • Create relationships with customers to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales
  • Move solid leads through the sales funnel, connecting them to a salesperson, and arranging web meetings, emails, or phone calls
  • Support senior sales teams and sales representatives on outbound strategies and lead generating efforts
  • Be the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward
  • Establish active communication and engagement with prospects to create new leads and sales openings
  • Collaborate with sales teams by bringing innovative lead generation ideas to each weekly meeting
