Requirements
- Have 1+ years of SDR experience in a SaaS company
- Have strong organizational and time management skills, always working with a sense of urgency
- Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Be proficient in CRM use
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Be able to work independently and on a team
- Be adaptable to new features and releases in software
- Be able to pass a background check
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and set demonstration appointments for account executives
- Establish a sales pipeline to evaluate the efficiency of individual sales strategies and staying updated on the latest developments in the industry
- Maintain a self-starter attitude while creating outreach strategies for new lead generation methods
- Initiate contact with potential customers through cold-calling or responding to inquiries generated from advertisements
- Create relationships with customers to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales
- Move solid leads through the sales funnel, connecting them to a salesperson, and arranging web meetings, emails, or phone calls
- Support senior sales teams and sales representatives on outbound strategies and lead generating efforts
- Be the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward
- Establish active communication and engagement with prospects to create new leads and sales openings
- Collaborate with sales teams by bringing innovative lead generation ideas to each weekly meeting
