Summary

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our organization! This person will create long-term value for MotionPoint by finding new opportunities for growth and expansion related to website, portal, and mobile application translation. SDRs will use various strategies, including cold calling, e-mailing, and networking, to connect with prospective clients or customers to set appointments for Account Executives.

Requirements

Familiarity or experience in using the following tools: LinkedIn & Sales Navigator, Salesforce, Zoominfo, Outreach.io, Gong, Zoom, O365 (Word/Excel primarily), Microsoft Teams

Responsibilities

  • Performing research on competitors, consumer behavior, market trends, product developments and lead acquisition methods
  • Researching potential customers that fit MotionPoint’s ideal customer profile
  • Making cold calls to connect with prospective customers or clients
  • Analyzing customer personas and target audience demographics to generate leads
  • Work directly with Sales and Marketing to discover opportunities from leads
  • Participate in strategic account planning alongside Account Executives
  • Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting

Preferred Qualifications

Previous cold-calling experience preferred
