Summary
Join a dynamic, growing hospitality technology company as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). This fully remote role (9 AM - 5 PM EST) focuses on lead qualification and appointment setting for the sales team. You will conduct outbound calls and leverage LinkedIn to engage potential customers, using provided scripts and contact lists. Proficiency in GHL, email sequences, and outbound dialing is essential. Success is measured by meeting appointment-setting goals, maintaining a well-organized CRM pipeline, and achieving high lead-to-appointment conversion rates. This position offers valuable B2B sales experience and growth opportunities within the hospitality tech sector.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a sales development or similar role, with a strong track record of outbound sales success
- Proficiency in CRM systems (GHL preferred)
- Experience in managing email sequences and outbound dialing campaigns
- Strong English fluency, both written and verbal
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
- A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of tasks and drive results
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls using provided contact lists, scripts, and email sequences to engage potential customers
- Leverage LinkedIn messaging to initiate and nurture conversations with prospects
- Qualify leads based on their needs, interest level, and fit for the product offering
- Focus on setting qualified appointments for the sales team, ensuring that prospects are properly briefed and ready for the next steps
- Use CRM tools (GHL) to manage and track leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective outreach
- Record calls for quality assurance, auditing, and training purposes
- Continuously improve outreach efforts based on feedback and performance metrics
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and improve lead qualification processes
- Stay aligned with the team to ensure a consistent and effective sales approach
Preferred Qualifications
Hospitality industry experience is a plus, but not required
