Summary

Liquit is seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their team. The SDR will be responsible for lead generation, outreach, qualification, collaboration, CRM management, reporting, and market intelligence. Minimum requirements include strong communication skills, resilience, technical aptitude, self-motivation, goal-orientation, results-driven attitude, proficiency in certain software tools, and proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and research potential clients and decision-makers within target industries
  • Outreach: Initiate contact with prospects through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media, to create interest in Recast Software solutions
  • Qualification: Conduct thorough qualification of leads to ensure alignment with Recast Software's ideal customer profile
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to transition qualified leads and provide valuable insights to support the sales process
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track progress and activities
  • Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on lead generation and qualification activities to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market changes to enhance outreach strategies
  • Full Sale Cycle: In various scenarios an SDR may have the responsibility of managing opportunities through the full sale cycle

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a sales or business development
  • Experience carrying a sales quota
  • Experience with channel and partner sales
  • Familiarity with other sales tools is a plus, such as Zoom Info and Gong

Benefits

  • The salary for this position is €50,000. This role includes an additional incentive compensation target of €30,000 based on a commission plan. Salary may vary based on experience, skills, and geographical location
