Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales development, business development, or a similar role
  • Proven experience with sales tools like Apollo, Clay, Hunter, Instantly, LinkedIn, and CRM platforms (HubSpot required)
  • Cold email and LinkedIn lead gen using Clay and Instantly
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to craft engaging and personalized outreach messages
  • Expertise in developing and executing effective multi-channel outreach campaigns
  • Data-driven mindset with a passion for tracking and improving outreach performance
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage a large volume of leads and tasks
  • Passion for lead generation and connecting with innovative D2C brands

Responsibilities

  • Use tools like Apollo, Clay, Hunter, Instantly, and LinkedIn to identify and engage high-value prospects
  • Research D2C brands and decision-makers to build targeted outreach lists
  • Generate and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through strategic and personalized outreach
  • Develop and execute multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, and more) to connect with prospects
  • Create compelling and tailored messaging to showcase Accelerated Growth Studioโ€™s value proposition
  • Conduct initial discovery calls to understand client needs and qualify leads
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings for the sales team to present custom marketing solutions
  • Manage all lead activities, interactions, and outcomes in HubSpot with a high level of accuracy
  • Track key metrics like response rates, conversion rates, and pipeline growth, and use data to optimize outreach strategies
  • Continuously improve workflows by leveraging automation tools and processes
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align outreach strategies with campaigns
  • Provide feedback to the sales team on lead quality and potential process improvements
  • Stay aligned with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and prospect handoff
