Summary

Join Carrot Fertility as a Taft-Hartley Sales Director to develop and execute a sales strategy for family-building services within the union and Taft-Hartley sector. You will identify and target key markets, build relationships with stakeholders, and drive the sales process from prospecting to closing deals. Responsibilities include preparing presentations, collaborating with marketing, conducting market research, and reporting on sales performance. This role requires a minimum of 7 years of sales experience in the Taft-Hartley sector, a proven track record of success, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales or business development, with a focus on the Unions; Taft-Hartley sector
  • Proven track record of success in selling complex solutions to Taft-Hartley plans and Unions
  • Fluency in relationship-building, particularly with key decision-makers and influencers
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with prospects, clients and attend industry events (50%)
  • Outstanding communication skills and a thoughtful and collaborative approach to sales
  • Entrepreneurial focus with a determination to succeed in an innovative, fast-paced environment with a high tolerance for ambiguity
  • Experience with sales tools (Outreach, Salesforce, SalesNav, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive sales strategy to promote Carrotโ€™s Family-Building services to union and Taft-Hartley entities
  • Identify and prioritize target markets and opportunities within this specific sector
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Attend industry conferences, meetings, and events to network and promote Carrotโ€™s services
  • Drive the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring the sales targets and revenue goals are achieved
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and materials to support sales efforts
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline development, and market trends
