Summary

Join Ivanti, a global leader in IT systems and security management, as a Sales Engineer – ExM (Enterprise Service/Asset Management) in Japan. You will be responsible for market success in the Japan region, communicating the EXM value proposition to prospects and partners, leading interactive pre-sales discovery meetings, analyzing customers' current technology and architecture, operational and business needs, and developing tailor-made presentations.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Fluent in Japanese and business fluent in English is preferred
  • 5+ years Experience in a PreSales capacity
  • Knowledge of Service and Asset Management solutions
  • Experience demonstrating enterprise software solutions to both technical and business audiences
  • Experience working with large enterprise companies to define solution requirements and map requirements to software solutions
  • ITSM or ITAM certifications recommended

Responsibilities

  • Perform live demos that articulate both, the business and technical value of the solution to Operator B2B Presales / Sales teams
  • Present the solution architecture, e.g. at roadshows, events, B2B operator team meetings or sales kick off events
  • Conduct in-depth solution architectures, POCs and product evaluations to verify solution meets prospect’s ITSM requirements
  • Perform production trainings as related to evaluations
