Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience in a technical solutions/sales role or equivalent
  • Familiarity with CI/CD practices and processes
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Natural curiosity and inquisitiveness; ability to ask the right questions during client discovery phases
  • Comfort with managing multiple projects and collaborating with various team members concurrently
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%

  • Solicit and log client feedback, collaborating with product management to steer our technical roadmap appropriately

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of digital accessibility and disability inclusion
  • Understanding of regulations related to digital accessibility (e.g., Section 508, ADA)
  • Familiarity with WCAG 2.1 AA requirements
  • Understanding of front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks)
  • Experience with automated testing technologies (Cypress, Webdriver IO, Cucumber)
  • Experience with native mobile application development (iOS or Android)
