Requirements
- Is a Principal / Lead SE with ten + years of experience in pre-sales roles
- Has experience winning large deals (mid-seven to eight figure deals)
- Has working experience across mainframes, midranges, and legacy applications
- Has working experience white-boarding modern architectures (ex. cloud native k8s deployments managed with automated testing)
- Nurtures technical champions / coaches
Responsibilities
- Partner with sales, delivery, R&D, and marketing
- Directly influence revenue (professional services and COSA)
- Lead technical and feasibility qualification
- Guide prospects to find high complexity, high value target systems and applications
- Present and build confidence in the Mechanical Orchard Method and Technology
- Enable the delivery team to productively engage on a program of work
- Engage stakeholders and Technical champions throughout the customer journey
- Collaborate with R&D and Marketing to share fast feedback from the field
Preferred Qualifications
Strong preference for candidates with experience with mainframes in financial services
