Requirements

  • 5+ years in Sales/Solutions Engineering
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Proven experience with SIP trunking solutions, and integrating VoIP technologies with enterprise-level platforms
  • Experience with messaging services including SMS, MMS, RCS and other common channels
  • Capable of discussing designs and implementing complex telecommunication solutions to ensure a proper understanding of operational efficiency and seamless integration with existing infrastructure
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical projects and lead technical strategy in sales engagements
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a knack for presenting technical information to various non-technical stakeholders clearly and persuasively
  • Proven success in fostering collaboration across multiple departments and effectively managing stakeholder relationships
  • Deep understanding of the industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities, with the ability to translate this knowledge into actionable sales strategies

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers across multiple vertical segments in pre-sales activities
  • Manage projects and relationships
  • Lead projects and teams effectively
  • Provide technical expert support for Elastic SIP Trunking (EST) from initial engagement through successful deployment
  • Provide proof of concept support
  • Provide continual technical guidance
  • Discuss designs and implement complex telecommunication solutions to ensure a proper understanding of operational efficiency and seamless integration with existing infrastructure
  • Manage complex technical projects and lead technical strategy in sales engagements
  • Present technical information to various non-technical stakeholders clearly and persuasively
  • Foster collaboration across multiple departments and effectively manage stakeholder relationships
  • Translate industry knowledge into actionable sales strategies
