Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience in a pre-sales, solutions consulting, or technical consulting role, ideally in SaaS, customer experience (CX), AI, collaboration, or analytics platforms
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of cloud-based platforms, APIs, data integrations, enterprise software architectures, and security best practices
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience with customer experience management, AI-driven analytics, or collaboration tools, with a proven ability to understand customer needs and align solutions accordingly
  • Communication Skills: Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Problem-solving: Proven ability to analyze complex business problems and translate them into practical solutions using our platform
  • Education: Bachelorโ€™s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales Teams: Collaborate closely with account executives to understand customer needs and craft compelling presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept solutions that highlight our platformโ€™s unique value
  • Customer Discovery: Lead discovery sessions with clients to understand their pain points, technical requirements, and business goals, ensuring alignment between their needs and our solution capabilities
  • Solution Design: Create and tailor customized solutions that address client-specific challenges, leveraging the full capabilities of TheyDo's products
  • Product Demonstrations: Develop and deliver in-depth product demonstrations, both virtual and in-person, showcasing how our platform solves key business problems
  • Proof of Concept (PoC) Development: Design and lead proof of concept and pilot projects to validate technical feasibility and demonstrate ROI to potential customers
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and answer detailed product questions related to integrations, API capabilities, security protocols, scalability, and performance
  • RFP/RFI Support: Assist in responding to RFPs, RFIs, and other technical documentation requests to demonstrate the competitive advantages of TheyDo's solutions
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with product management, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure alignment of product capabilities with market needs and customer feedback
  • Market Awareness: Stay current on industry trends, competitive offerings, and new technologies to provide informed insights to customers and internal teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CX platforms
  • Hands-on experience with APIs, scripting, or light development for creating custom solutions
  • Familiarity with modern sales methodologies like MEDDICC, Value Based Selling and Customer-Centric Selling
