Requirements
- 5+ years of proven success in selling PLM and/or related Enterprise Application software (e.g., MRP, ERP, CRM, SCM)
- Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding annual sales quotas
- Excellent presentation skills at the executive level, with the ability to engage small or large audiences
- Proven new account development skills and experience, especially within the Australian market
- Confident and multi-level communication skills (oral and written) with expertise or domain knowledge in the Apparel industry and/or Global Product Sourcing for the FMCG market in Australia
- Experience preparing presentation materials and responses for RFI/RFPs in the Australian market
- Ability to develop multi-level relationships of confidence and trust with customers and cross-functional colleagues in Australia
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly evolving technology and commercial environment in the Australian business landscape
- Proven experience selling software solutions that result in contracts in excess of AUD $200,000
- Experience with value-based selling or solution selling methodologies
Responsibilities
- Ownership of revenue generation within the assigned territory, as well as the quality and strength of executive relationships within the region
- Responsible for delivering in-depth, broad-based sales presentations of the entire Centric PLM Solution suite
- Prospect with qualified leads to identify business opportunities where Centricβs PLM Solution suite can provide business value in Australia
- Produce written proposals & quotations for clients
- Prepare business response documentation for RFI/RFP/RFQ requests from clients
- Analyze requirements and design solutions to meet complex customer business needs in the Australian fashion and retail industries
- Collaborate with a technical team to ensure a clear understanding of customer technology requirements; provide sales leadership for Proposal and Project teams and vision to win and deliver large-scale, complex solutions
- Meet and exceed assigned revenue goals in Australia
- Develop and manage a business plan for the Australian territory
- Participate in regional and national trade shows, exhibits, and conferences in Australia
