Requirements

  • 4–6 years of enterprise software sales experience, ideally in PLM, ERP, SCM, or related solutions
  • Proven hunter mentality with a track record of new logo acquisition and exceeding quotas
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience with value-based or solution selling methodologies
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced, and target-driven environment

Responsibilities

  • Own new business development across a defined territory of multi-category retailers, including grocery and omnichannel chains
  • Prospect and generate pipeline through cold outreach, networking, and strategic account planning
  • Identify and engage relevant stakeholders, qualify business needs, and map customer requirements
  • Deliver high-impact, consultative sales presentations that clearly articulate Centric’s value proposition and ROI
  • Navigate complex sales cycles, from initial contact through to contract negotiation and close
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to align solutions with customer needs
  • Represent Centric at industry events and trade shows to build brand visibility and generate leads
  • Consistently exceed sales targets and contribute to overall team growth

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong plus to have experience selling into multi-category retailers, including grocery and general merchandise
  • Experience closing deals in excess of $200,000 is a strong plus
