Summary

Join Glassdoor's Upper-Mid Market Sales team in the UK & Ireland as a Sales Account Executive. You will focus on managing existing and prospective branding customers, achieving their business goals through Glassdoor, and exceeding revenue targets. This role requires 1-3+ years of quota-carrying direct sales experience, proficiency in CRM (Salesforce preferred), and excellent communication skills. You'll need to be comfortable working with high-level clients and collaborating effectively within a team. Requirements

  • A commitment to add to our culture of DEI
  • 1-3+ years of quota carrying, direct sales experience, hybrid preferred, with experience handling a high volume of accounts ranging from Small to Upper Mid-Market clients, with opportunity to work with Enterprise clients as you grow with us
  • Proficient in handling a CRM, Salesforce preferred, and a proficiency for proactivity in pipeline management and generation
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills in order to manage competing priorities
  • Comfort delivering presentations and conducting conversations over Zoom, eventually in person in some cases
  • An ability to earn instant credibility and to handle tough conversations with clients in a professional and conscientious manner
  • A strength in navigating, comfortably selling, and negotiating with high-level titles (Director or above)
  • Collaborative nature both with our clients, prospects, and your teammates
  • Thrive on change while remaining highly organized, optimistic, and coachable
  • A team player outlook, with a growth mindset and an impact-driven approach

Responsibilities

  • Own a business of existing and prospective branding customers with the intent to achieve their business goals through Glassdoor
  • Renew expiring business
  • Unearth new growth opportunities through current or new partners
  • Develop a consultative relationship with customers while delivering an outstanding level of professional service
  • Lead with vision as you showcase the value of working with Glassdoor and invest further in the employer brand
  • Exceed quarterly revenue retention, new business and growth goals
