Join RateHawk, a leading travel-tech company, as a remote Sales Professional based on the East Coast of the USA. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base within the travel industry. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience in the travel industry, a deep understanding of B2B travel networks, and strong communication and analytical skills. You will be working independently, managing your own accounts, and reporting on your progress. Requirements
- 3+ years of successful sales experience in the full sales life cycle within the travel industry, with a focus on business development
- In-depth understanding of the country's travel market, including B2B travel networks (travel agencies, tour operators, OTAs)
- Familiarity with API integration and technology sales & deals
- Native English
- Must be a US citizen or permanent resident
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales activities and hit the sales targets to achieve growth and expand presence in assigned territory
- Work in all different time zones across the US
- Sign-up new partners (tour operators, travel agencies, TMCs, OTAs) and provide them with extended training of our system
- Build a strong, long-lasting relationship with new partners
- Prepare, execute, and manage the commercial deals with the partners, including the execution of required document flow and technical setup
- Manage accounts until the first purchase is made
- Compliance control with commercial conditions by partners, including the payment flow
- Participate in specialized activities, such as trade shows, partner events, webinars, and other business-related events
- Provide market & competitive environment analysis
- Provide regular comprehensive reporting through CRM and internal systems
- Initiate API deals with potential and existing partners
- Make a high volume of daily cold calls
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional languages are advantageous
- Located in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland or Virginia
- Having your own car
